I am generalist and see people with many different health challenges but have a special interest in auto-immune conditions, women’s health/hormonal health and adrenal fatigue/ stress management due to my personal experiences with them.

After booking an appointment you will be emailed some forms that need to be completed, including a 3 day food diet that you must complete and bring to the appointment with you.

The initial consultation lasts up to one hour and fifteen minutes. During this time I take a detailed medical history. You will be asked lots of questions about all your body system, including: Digestive, hormone, nervous system, cardiovascular system, skeletal, urinary – and more. This gives me clues not only where the imbalances and weaknesses are – but also where your strengths lay.

If you have any recent blood works or reports from the Dr. it is helpful to bring them with you and also to make a note of any medication or supplements that you are taking.

We will discuss what path to take and possible options/ further testing that may be required (bloods with your GP and/or Functional testing)

After our meeting I will email you a detailed plan with all the recommendations including: Testing, dietary/ nutritional advise, supplemental support and lifestyle.

Each plan is bespoke and tailored accordingly.
